Riva On-Premise – Supported Languages and Language Key Configuration

Overview

Riva On-Premise uses a configurable language key to determine which CRM user languages are supported. This article explains how to review and update the Riva On-Premise language key to include a broader set of supported locales.

Steps

  1. Open Connection Advanced Options.
    1. From the Riva Configuration Manager main screen, click Advanced Options > Edit Custom Options.

    2. In the Search field, enter Sync.Crm.SetLocale.Languages to locate the key. 
    3. Click into the value field to edit the language list.
  2. Update the value field to update the supported language list as required.

  3. Click Save or Apply, then restart the Riva services to ensure the updated language settings are applied.
  4. In the Riva Service Monitor, right-click the synchronization event and select Copy System ID.

  5. In the Riva Manager main screen, select Test, paste the copied System ID into the Get By Id field, then click Run Test to verify the result.
