With this feature, you can track key engagement signals such as email opens and link clicks, helping you better understand how recipients interact with your communications. These insights enable more timely and informed follow-ups, allowing you to refine your outreach and improve overall engagement effectiveness.
Insight Cloud WebApi Upgrade to .NET 8
Riva Insight WebApi has been upgraded to the Microsoft .NET 8 technology. Riva Insight WebApi is the data layer of Riva Insight that communicates with the CRM platforms. This update improves performance, boosts security, and lays the groundwork for future enhancements, all working quietly behind the scenes to enhance your experience.
Key Benefits for End-Users
- Improved Reliability: Fewer outages or disruptions mean users can count on the system being available when they need it.
- Enhanced Security: Updates to underlying technology help protect user data and privacy, even if those updates are invisible.
- Future Enhancements Delivered Faster: New features and updates roll out with minimal disruption, so users benefit sooner without waiting through long upgrade windows.
What to Expect
- No changes to how you use the app. Just better performance under the hood.
Insight Record Type-aware Layout Management
This release adds Record Type– and User Profile–aware layouts for Salesforce CRM in Riva Insight. Layouts now dynamically adapt based on the user’s Salesforce profile and the selected record type, ensuring users see only the most relevant fields when creating, tracking, and reviewing records.
Admins can configure layouts by profile and record type directly in Riva Insight settings, closely aligning with Salesforce behaviour while reducing manual configuration and ongoing maintenance. This improves data accuracy, streamlines workflows, and supports scalable layout management across roles and business needs.
