It automatically captures conversations, summarizes outcomes and action items, and syncs them to where your teams already work, powering better follow-ups, performance improvements, and account planning.

Additionally, this release delivers significant platform updates, including platform branding, infrastructure modernization, integration updates, and backend reliability enhancements.

New Features & Enhancements - 2026.3.6

Meeting Notes Now Sync as Salesforce Enhanced Notes

Meeting Intelligence now syncs meeting notes to Salesforce as Enhanced Notes instead of Tasks. Enhanced Notes preserve supported rich-text formatting and are associated with the relevant Salesforce records, providing a more flexible, Salesforce-native way to review meeting information.

Synchronization safeguards also help prevent duplicate notes from being created when a meeting is processed again.

Work Faster with Contextual Email Prompts

Riva AI Chat now makes it easier to take action on email content with relevant, one-click prompt suggestions. When email context is available, users can quickly select Draft a follow-up email to create a tailored draft without having to write a prompt from scratch.

This streamlined experience helps users move from email context to ready-to-use content faster, while creating a foundation for additional AI-assisted email actions in future releases.

Prepare for Meetings with AI-Generated Briefs

Users can now ask Riva AI Chat to prepare them for an upcoming meeting and receive an on-demand brief built from the most relevant information available across their connected systems.

Pre-meeting briefs can bring together meeting details, attendee information, previous meeting highlights, outstanding action items, email context, and relevant CRM activity—helping users quickly understand what matters before the conversation begins.

Users can also ask follow-up questions to explore the brief further, such as reviewing open action items, recent account activity, or changes since the previous meeting.

Stay Productive from Any Device

Riva Meeting Intelligence now delivers a responsive mobile browser experience, making it easier to access key workflows while away from a desktop.

Layouts, navigation, forms, cards, and interactive elements automatically adapt to smaller screens for a clear, touch-friendly experience—helping users stay productive across supported mobile devices without sacrificing core functionality.

Ask questions like "Did the customer reply?" or "Have we sent pricing?" to quickly understand recent communications, follow-ups, and customer responses—all while respecting your existing mailbox permissions.

• CRM Context in Riva Meeting Intelligence Conversational Chat: Riva Meeting Intelligence Chat can now retrieve CRM account, contact, opportunity, and activity information directly within the chat experience. Ask questions like "What should I know before meeting Acme Corp?" or "What's the status of this opportunity?" to get customer insights with clear CRM source attribution—all while respecting your organization's existing CRM permissions.

Admins can now choose how meeting notes are synced to Salesforce. When Salesforce is integrated, organizations can either sync notes automatically or require the meeting host to review and approve notes before they are sent to Salesforce.

Riva AI Chat settings are now easier to understand, with updated descriptions that clearly explain where they apply. These settings are designed for conversational chat interactions and do not affect meeting notes, giving users more clarity and confidence when customizing their AI experience.

Bring Meeting Intelligence into Salesforce

Meeting Intelligence now supports a Salesforce connector that helps teams turn meeting insights into follow-up activity directly in Salesforce.

When a matching Salesforce contact is identified, Meeting Intelligence can create a Salesforce Task with relevant meeting details. The task appears in the contact’s Activity Timeline, helping teams track follow-ups directly in Salesforce.

Integration Updates

A new Integrations tab has been added to Meeting Intelligence, bringing Salesforce and Zoom setup into one central location.

From this tab, users can connect Salesforce and manage Zoom integration settings. Zoom-recorded meeting notes continue to be automatically processed and made available in the Meeting Intelligence hub, enabling EI capabilities without additional manual steps.

Updated Meeting Intelligence Experience

We’ve refreshed the Meeting Intelligence experience to make meeting insights easier to review, search, and scan.

• The analytics view has been simplified from four key analytics to three following the removal of the Action Items tab and related dashboard. 
• Meeting notes now include search capability and an updated shorter two-card layout, helping users find and review meeting content more efficiently.
