Riva is deprecating support for the GoldMine CRM connection.

After careful consideration, Riva has made the decision to discontinue the GoldMine CRM synchronization connection effective October 1, 2026.

Existing GoldMine CRM customers may continue using their current Riva connection until September 30, 2026, which will be the final service and support date for GoldMine CRM synchronization.

What is changing?

Effective immediately, Riva is no longer offering new trials, purchases, or deployments for GoldMine CRM connections.

Existing GoldMine CRM customers may continue using their current connection through September 30, 2026. On October 1, 2026, Riva synchronization services for GoldMine CRM will stop functioning, and GoldMine CRM connection licenses will be terminated.

Why is this happening?

Microsoft has announced the planned deprecation of Exchange Web Services (EWS) on October 1, 2026. Riva will not migrate GoldMine CRM synchronization customers to Microsoft Graph. As a result, GoldMine CRM synchronization services will no longer function once EWS is retired.

What this means for existing GoldMine CRM customers

Until September 30, 2026, existing GoldMine CRM customers may continue using their current Riva connection.

During this period:

  • Your current GoldMine CRM connection will remain active.
  • You will remain on your current version of Riva.
  • No further product updates will be provided for the GoldMine CRM connection.
  • Support for the GoldMine CRM connection will remain available until September 30, 2026.
  • Synchronization services will stop functioning on October 1, 2026.

Renewals and contract information

If your renewal date occurs before September 30, 2026, you may be eligible to renew your service for a prorated term ending on September 30, 2026.

If your current agreement extends beyond October 1, 2026, you may be eligible to receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your agreement.
