New Features & Enhancements

Salesforce Account and Active Campaign targeting

Email Burst and Cadences now support additional Salesforce audience sources, including Salesforce Accounts and Active Campaigns. Users can select supported Salesforce sources when building an audience, with Accounts resolving to related contacts and Active Campaigns resolving to active campaign members. Existing Contact and List targeting workflows remain supported.

Improved Email Burst error troubleshooting

Email Burst error messages now include a reference ID that users can share with Support. This helps Riva Support Team identify related logs more quickly and reduces the need to collect additional details such as timestamps or email addresses when investigating burst-related errors.

Bookings platform updates

Updated the Bookings application foundation to improve maintainability and support future enhancements.

Architectural upgrades

Upgraded the application frontend from Vue 2 to Vue 3, providing a modern, supported foundation for future enhancements and ongoing platform maintenance.

Fixes

Bookings

  1. Fixed an issue where user search fields could show incomplete or outdated results when customers with large directories typed quickly. Search results are now refreshed more reliably, sorted alphabetically, and include a loading indicator to make searches easier to follow.
  2. Fixed an issue where adding an optional internal attendee while creating a booking link could cause an unexpected scrollbar to appear in the attendee field.

Email Burst

  1. Fixed an issue where selecting Save and Update in Salesforce in Manage Burst Recipients could create a console error, even though the data saved successfully.
  2. Fixed an issue where adding additional email addresses while Email Burst recipients were still syncing could duplicate the first recipient in the Recipients tab. Recipients are now added more reliably when multiple email addresses are entered in quick succession.
  3. Updated Email Burst recipient handling to consistently enforce unsubscribe protection during burst creation.

Cadences

  1. Fixed pagination styling on the Cadence Analytics page for a more consistent user interface.

Templates

  1. Fixed an issue where the Shared with Me tab could show Edit and Delete actions when no shared email templates were available. The tab now correctly handles the empty state and displays the appropriate message for shared email templates.

Sales Engagement Portal

  1. Fixed multiple user interface inconsistencies across the Sales Engagement Portal, including layout alignment, scrolling behavior, button and icon display, validation styling, tooltip text, tab behavior, and table sorting.

Analytics

  1. Fixed an issue where Sales Engagement Analytics could return incomplete data for certain reporting periods, including year-to-date and last-month date ranges. Analytics reports now return the expected data for the selected time period.
