New Features & Enhancements
Proactive Service Health Monitoring
We've enhanced service monitoring to proactively detect performance and availability issues affecting the Outlook add-in and Sales Engagement portal. This helps our team identify and respond to potential issues sooner, improving reliability and reducing the likelihood of customer impact.
Updated Internal Attendee Licensing
Required internal attendees must now have a valid Riva licence. Optional internal attendees can include users within the organization whose email domains match those configured in the organization's Allowed List. This change simplifies administration while providing greater flexibility when selecting optional attendees.
Smarter Email Burst Error Messages
Email Burst now provides clearer, more actionable error messages during creation, updates, and sending. Users can quickly understand what went wrong, how to resolve the issue, and, for unexpected errors, share a reference with the Riva Support Team if additional assistance is needed.
Smarter Email Burst Status Updates
Email Burst now provides more informative status updates so users can quickly understand recipient outcomes and determine the appropriate next steps. View how many recipients were sent successfully, skipped, or failed, with easy access to engagement analytics for completed bursts.
Faster Email Burst Dialogs
Email Burst dialogs have been optimized to deliver a faster, more responsive experience for large recipient lists. A loading indicator is now displayed while recipient data is retrieved, providing clearer feedback during the process.
Simplified Recipient Management
The Manage Burst Recipients experience has been refined for greater consistency, making it easier to understand recipient data at a glance. Sender Data and Missing Data tabs now remain visible with clear guidance when no data is available.
Clearer Attachment Upload Messages
Email Burst now provides clearer attachment upload feedback. Quickly identify which attachment encountered an issue, understand the reason, and receive guidance to resolve it. Successful uploads also provide clearer confirmation.
Smarter Merge Field Management
Managing missing merge field data is now faster and more intuitive. Quickly identify missing information, update multiple recipients more efficiently, and send ready recipients while returning to incomplete records later.
Recipient management is now more consistent and easier to understand. The Sender Data and Missing Data tabs remain visible even when no data is available, making it clear that there are no issues to review instead of removing the tab entirely.
When merge field data is required, the Missing Data tab provides a dedicated view to review affected recipients and update the required information before sending your Email Burst.
Fixes
General
- Resolved a display issue that prevented the profile avatar from appearing in the navigation bar.
- Updated downloaded analytics report folder names to consistently include the requested date across all supported report types.
- Resolved an issue that caused users to be prompted to review their integration token immediately after silent login, ensuring a smoother sign-in experience.
Bookings
- Resolved a display issue where a scroll bar and additional note appeared in the Single Use Link availability creation form. The default question now matches the behaviour used in the Create Availability Link form.
- Resolved a display and accessibility issue where required internal attendees were not fully visible in the Internal Attendee dropdown when using higher Windows display scaling.
- Resolved an issue that prevented hold emails from being deleted for internal attendees when the system was configured to use EWS.
- Resolved an intermittent issue where the Save & Close button remained disabled when editing a Single Use Link, preventing users from saving their changes.
- Resolved an issue where navigating from Riva Insight to the Bookings Portal could result in a "Malformed Request" error and require users to sign in again.
- Updated the Social Links validation to provide clearer guidance when an unsupported URL format is entered.
- Resolved an issue where the link owner did not appear in the required attendee list when bookings were created on behalf of a delegated host.
- Resolved a layout issue where a large number of booking questions could overflow the container, improving readability and usability.
- Resolved an issue where meeting titles containing an ampersand (&) displayed incorrectly in booking confirmation emails and calendar invitations. Meeting titles now display special characters correctly.
- Resolved an issue where delegate hosts could not save or publish a Round Robin meeting link after editing or cloning it.
Email Burst
- Resolved an issue where the Email Burst success message appeared in the original window after sending from a newly opened window. The message now appears in the active window and follows the expected notification behaviour.
- Resolved a regression that could introduce unintended formatting changes when composing emails with Riva, including unexpected text formatting and extra characters before the email signature. Email formatting is now preserved consistently.
Cadences
- Resolved an issue that prevented users from selecting a valid recipient in the Salesforce Recipients window after deselecting another recipient with the same email address.
Hotfix Deployment - Jul 7, 2026
Email Template Editing from Insight Side Panel
Resolved an issue where editing a template from the Insight side panel did not open the expected edit flow or prevented users from making changes. Users can now successfully access and update templates directly from the side panel.
Insert Link Unresponsive After Extended Booking Link Session
Resolved an issue where the Insert Link action on the Create Booking Link page could become unresponsive after the window remained open for an extended period. The flow now handles extended sessions more reliably so users can insert booking links as expected.
Meeting Reminder Limit Enforcement
Resolved an issue where users could add more than the allowed maximum of 3 meeting reminders across availability links and meeting preference settings. The Meeting Reminders section now enforces the 3-reminder limit and prevents additional reminders from being added once the maximum is reached.

- Updated Email Burst recipient handling to consistently enforce unsubscribe protection during burst creation.
Cadences
