Sugar: Error Occurred in PollChanges for Module - Task: [MissingRequiredField] Required Field LastModified Was Missing

Issue

One or both of these errors can be seen in the Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise logs when polling for changes in specific modules during synchronization.

Cause

Some required fields are missing in the affected modules. Often, it is the Last Modified Date field. For example, the first sample error reports that a Last Modified Date could not be found for a task.

Solution

Update the module with the missing Last Modified date by following these steps:

1. In Sugar, open the task lists for users.

2. Sort the tasks by Last Modified Date.

3. Update/ assign a last modified date. Choose the current date.

4. Save.
