Sugar: Selecting the Sugar 7+ Connection Wizard
- In Riva Cloud, on the Select a supported CRM page, when you select SugarCRM, a Select Version window appears. You can choose SugarCRM 7+ or a previous version.

Is the Connection User Dedicated for Synchronization?
- All the CRM connection wizards except for GoldMine have a new check box: Is the Connection User Dedicated for Synchronization?
- If the requirement is met and you select the check box, the sync is optimized.

- The Riva Cloud End-User License Agreement (EULA) was updated on May 25, 2018.
