Sign In to Riva Cloud With Salesforce

To sign in to Riva Cloud with Salesforce:

Enable the Feature

To enable signing in to Riva Cloud with Salesforce:

On all your devices, log out of all your Salesforce sessions and pages.
Log in to Riva Cloud with a user name and password.
Ensure that you have created a Salesforce connection from Riva Cloud.
On the Riva Cloud menu bar, select My Account.
In the right column, under SECURITY, select Authentication.
On the Authentication page that appears, select Sign in with Salesforce.
Next to the words Enable Sign in with Salesforce that appear, select Enable.
Read the Important window that appears, and, if everything is ready, select Proceed.

Result: You are directed to the Salesforce login page.
Log in to Salesforce.

Result: Your Salesforce account is now linked to your Riva Cloud account.
Log out of Riva Cloud and test signing into Riva Cloud with Salesforce.

To sign in to Riva Cloud with Salesforce:

Go to https://www.rivacloud.com/live.
On the Riva Cloud Login page that appears, select Sign in with Salesforce.
If the Salesforce login window appears, log in to Salesforce.

Result: You are redirected to the Riva Cloud Get Started page, Dashboard, or User Manager, just as you would if you had logged in without Salesforce. You are done signing in.
