Riva is excited to announce the release of our Microsoft Modern Exchange Connector (Graph) We've been closely tracking Microsoft’s Graph API evolution and are now offering initial support for key sync features.
Calendar Sync (Unidirectional and Bi-directional)
Unidirectional: Exchange to CRM (first iteration)

Bi-directional:
Sync all new appointments between CRM and Exchange, or use Outlook categories to control which appointments are synced.
Supports creating, updating, and deleting appointments in both directions.
Syncs attendee status accurately using subscription modes.
Compatible with all-day events and recurring appointments.
Supports private appointments and appointment statuses (Accepted, Tentative, Declined).
Handles appointments with multiple attendees or none.
Contact Sync (Bi-directional)
Sync all new contacts between CRM and Exchange.
Supports creating, updating, and deleting contacts in both systems.
Email Sync
Sync new emails from the Inbox and/or Sent Items folder to CRM.
Use Outlook categories to control which emails are synced.
Drag and drop emails into the Create New folder to sync them to CRM.
Use Riva Insight to track emails directly from your mailbox.
Opportunity Creation
Create new opportunities in CRM by dragging emails into the Create New Opportunity folder.
Riva Meetings
Fully supports Riva Meetings functionality.
