Starting on April 8, 2019, the release date of NetSuite Version 2019.1, NetSuite will require the use of two-factor authentication (2FA). 2FA requires Token Based Authentication (TBA) on all login sessions using Administrator and Full Access roles in production accounts. This requirement applies to your Riva for NetSuite implementation.
If you are using 2FA in NetSuite and have already configured Riva to use TBA, Riva is properly configured for 2FA, and nothing additional is required on your part.
If you have NOT yet enabled and configured TBA for your instance of Riva for NetSuite, follow these steps:
-
In NetSuite, set up Token-Based Authentication.
For instructions, see Perform the TBA setup tasks.
-
In Riva, do as follows:
-
For Clients using Riva Cloud, update an existing Riva Cloud connection to NetSuite to use TBA.
For instructions, see edit a NetSuite connection to use token-based authentication. -
For Clients using Riva On-Premise:
-
Ensure that you have installed version 2.4.50 or higher.
- How to check the current version of Riva On-Premise.
- If your version is 2.4.49 or earlier, upgrade to the latest public release.
-
