Issue
The CRM Service Monitor application reports Error - Insufficient disk space and Aborting sync: Insufficient disk space errors.
Possible Causes and Their Solutions
Possible cause #1 and its solution:
- The disk where Riva is installed is running out of space. Riva normally shuts the sync service down and cannot restart, reporting insufficient space errors.

Possible cause #2 and its solution:
- Anti-virus software is running a real-time scan against the files in the \Riva\ folder structure, which prevents the Riva applications from writing to their own files. Riva then reports access permission and insufficient disk space errors.
- Solution: Configure the anti-virus software to exclude various files from the Riva Transactions folder.
