Duplicate a CRM or Email Connection in Riva

In Riva 2.4.47 or higher, a Riva administrator can effortlessly duplicate a connection along with the existing parameters within its dependencies (such as the custom settings folder or the custom token ID). The duplication makes it possible to make experimental changes to the connection without breaking the original connection's dependencies.

To duplicate a CRM connection or email system connection:

  1. In the Riva Manager application, on the menu bar, select Setup.

  2. In the right pane, right-click a connection and select Duplicate.


    • A duplicate of the connection appears on the Setup page.
    • A duplicate of all of the connection's dependencies is made in the Riva folder structure.

Note: It is also possible to duplicate a sync policy.
