By default, the CrmID search is disabled.
When the CrmID search is enabled, Riva searches the target CRM and/or email system for a match by CrmID. This is useful for remapping items left behind from a previous sync.
To enable the CrmID search

Set the following custom option in the CRM connection:
Sync.Crm.FindByCrmId.Enabled = True (Enables the CrmID search in the email-to-CRM direction.)

Set the following custom option in the email connection:
Sync.Ex.FindByCrmId.Enabled = True (Enables the CrmID search in the CRM-to-email direction.)
To disable the CrmID search
- Set the options to False, or remove them from the CRM and email connections.
