Background
Since Microsoft's release of the New Outlook, Riva clients currently using the Riva Insight Windows Add-in have reported that switching to the New Outlook causes the Riva Insight side panel to disappear.
This is expected, as the New Outlook does not support COM Add-ins.
Solution
If you are interested in using the New Outlook and want the ability to access Riva Insight, you will need to install the Riva Insight Web add-in.
