This is a reminder that the Riva Cloud release will be completed the week of February 17, 2025. Please note that the Riva Web (rivaclou.com) that was initially scheduled for February 20-21 has been rescheduled to February 24-25.

Riva Cloud Sync and Web is scheduled to be upgraded to 2025.1. To ensure a smooth transition, we are providing the following schedule:
- Sandbox (Lower Environments) Upgrade: January 21, 2025, after regular business hours

Testing Period
You will have approximately three (3) weeks to test this release in your lower environments before the production rollout.

Next Steps
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing in the sandbox environment after the January 21 upgrade.
- Communication: We will send a reminder notification closer to the February 05 production upgrade date.
Potential Impacts
The upgrade will be completed after regular business hours. During the upgrade, there could be a short window of service disruption (10-20 minutes).
