This is a reminder that the production release of Riva Cloud 2025.1 will be completed on March 06 and March 07, 2025. Your Sandbox environment has already been upgraded.

Your Riva Cloud Dedicated production environment will undergo an upgrade to version 2025.1. To ensure a smooth transition, we are providing the following schedule:
- Sandbox Environment Upgrade: January 28, 2025, after regular business hours.
- Production Environment Upgrade: March 06, 2025 (Sync), March 07, 2025 (rivacloud.com), after regular business hours.
Testing Period
You will have a five-week testing period between the sandbox and production upgrades to conduct necessary testing and validation. We strongly encourage you to utilize this time to identify and address any potential issues.
Next Steps
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing in the sandbox environment after the January 28 upgrade.
- Communication: We will send a reminder notification closer to the March 06 production upgrade date, along with detailed release notes.
Potential Impacts
The upgrade will be completed after regular business hours. During the upgrade, there could be a short window of service disruption (10-20 minutes).
