Your Riva Cloud Dedicated production environment will undergo an upgrade to version 2025.2. To ensure a smooth transition, we are providing the following schedule:
- Sandbox Environment Upgrade: April 24, 2025, after regular business hours.
- Production Environment Upgrade: June 05, 2025 (Sync), June 06, 2025 (rivacloud.com), after regular business hours.
Testing Period
You will have a five-week testing period between the sandbox and production upgrades to conduct necessary testing and validation. We strongly encourage you to utilize this time to identify and address any potential issues.
Next Steps
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing in the sandbox environment after the April 24 upgrade.
- Communication: We will send a reminder notification closer to the June 05 production upgrade date. The release notes will be available late next week - check back here for details.
Potential Impacts
The upgrade will be completed after regular business hours. During the upgrade, there could be a short window of service disruption (10-20 minutes).
