Riva Cloud Insight is scheduled to be upgraded to 2025.2. To ensure a smooth transition, we are providing the following schedule:
- Sandbox (Lower Environments) Upgrade: May 14, 2025, after regular business hours.
- Production Upgrade: June 04, 2025, after regular business hours.
Testing Period
You will have approximately three (3) weeks to test this in your lower environments before the production rollout.

Testing: Conduct thorough testing in the sandbox environment after the May 14 upgrade.
Communication: We will send a reminder notification closer to the June 04 production upgrade date.
Potential Impacts
The upgrade will be completed after regular business hours. During the upgrade, there could be a short window of service disruption (10-20 minutes).
