Your Riva Cloud Dedicated production environment will undergo an upgrade to version 2025.3. To ensure a smooth transition, we are providing the following schedule:
- Sandbox Environment Upgrade: July 22, 2025, after regular business hours.
- Production Environment Upgrade: September 04, 2025 (Sync), September 05, 2025 (rivacloud.com), after regular business hours.
Testing Period
You will have a six-week testing period between the sandbox and production upgrades to conduct necessary testing and validation. We strongly encourage you to utilize this time to identify and address any potential issues.
Next Steps
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing in the sandbox environment after the July 22 upgrade.
- Communication: We will send a reminder notification closer to the September 04 production upgrade date. The release notes will be published here when available.
Potential Impacts
