Riva Cloud Sync and Web (rivacloud.com) is scheduled to be upgraded to 2025.3 between August 18 and August 22. To ensure a smooth transition, we are providing the following schedule:
- Sandbox (Lower Environments) Upgrade: July 22, 2025, after regular business hours

Testing Period
You will have approximately three (3) weeks to test this release in your lower environments before the production rollout.

- Testing: Conduct thorough testing in the sandbox environment after the July 22 upgrade.
