Admin Guide: Riva Cloud Company

As the Riva Cloud Company admin user, there are many management tasks that you can perform:

  • Common tasks:
    • Log in to Riva Cloud;
    • Send a "Contact Us" message;
    • Log out of Riva Cloud.
  • Manage My Account:
    • View the account summary;
    • Change the Admin user password;
    • Set or update the payment method;
    • View account invoices;
    • Change your subscription to increase the number of licensed users;
    • Change your subscription to reduce the number of licensed users;
    • Cancel your subscription;
    • Return to the Dashboard.
  • Manage Users:
    • Change the admin user to be an admin-only, non-syncing user;
    • Add and configure new target users;
    • Remove a target user;
    • Edit a target user:
      • Disable or enable a target user,
      • Change a user's password,
      • Change a user's account details;
    • Impersonate into and manage a specific user: This is to manage a user's connections and sync policy and view the user's logs.
