In the Riva CRM Sync Policy

SmartConvert/AssignTo Account Names - Added an advanced option to auto-generate a default account name if the company name is empty. (see Option to Auto-Generate a Default Account Name if the Company Name is Empty in Outlook)

Initial Sync Existing Items: Added an advanced option to create entries in the CRM for items in Exchange that already have the category names (as specified in the CRM sync policy) assigned to the item. (see Options to Handle Already Categorized Items for First Sync)

Enable Uni-Directional Sync for CRM to Exchange: Added an advanced option to enable uni-directional (read-only) sync from the CRM to Exchange. (see Advanced Options to Enable CRM > Exchange Unidirectional Read-Only Sync)

More Re-initialize Options: Modified re-initialize options to allow full sync, re-sync, re-poll, or clear. (see Re-initialization Options for Exchange Accounts).

Address Book Options to Match Contacts to Accounts: Added options to CRM policy under "Address Book" to match contacts to Accounts by domain (1) Always (default) (2) Only if the company name is blank (3) Never.

Handling Private Appointments: Added an advanced option to overwrite the default setting for handling private appointments for those CRM systems that can set a flag to handle private appointments. (see Private Appointment Handling)

SalesLogix: Added option to allow renaming parent account from the contact. (see Option to Allow Renaming the Parent Account from the Oultook Contact for SalesLogix)

SalesLogix: Added ability to include additional CRM appointment information (e.g. contact info, phone numbers) in the appointment bodies. (see Option to Include Additional SalesLogix Appointment Fields in Body of Outlook Calendar Appointment)

NetSuite: Added support for the cases module (SmartConvert and AssignTo).
Noticeable Fixes or Sync Workflow Changes

SmartConvert Option - Corrected issue to ensure that if the option to "Must match at least one Contact/Lead" and all the recipients of an email are matched to SystemUser, then the item should not get processed.

Private Tasks - Changed sync workflow to skip synchronizing tasks from Exchange to the CRM if marked as 'Private'.
Updating Riva CRM Integration Server
Recommended Update Procedures: Customers can upgrade their Riva CRM Integration Server server using the "Check for Updates" feature which can be configured to support proxy authentication environments.
