Admin Guide: Riva Cloud Corporate

The Riva Cloud Corporate admin user can perform a wide variety of tasks:

  • Common tasks:
    • Log in to Riva Cloud;
    • Submit a "Contact Us" form;
    • Reset a forgotten password;
    • Change the Riva Cloud login password;
    • Log out of Riva Cloud.
  • Manage my account:
    • View the Account Summary;
    • Change the Admin user password;
    • Set or update the payment method;
    • View account invoices;
    • Change your subscription to increase the number of licensed users;
    • Change your subscription to reduce the number of licensed users;
    • Cancel your subscription;
    • Return to the Dashboard.
  • Manage users:
    • Add one or more target users;
    • Edit a user:
      • Change the user login password,
      • Enable or disable the user account,
      • Change user account details;
    • Disable/enable a user;
    • Remove a user.
  • Manage the connections:
    • Common connection errors;
    • Test the current connection password;
    • Change a connection password;
    • CRM or Exchange system changes.
  • Manage the sync policy:
    • Enable or disable the sync policy;
    • Modify the sync policy:
      • Change the historic item filter start date,
      • Change the sync category name or contact folder name;
    • Request a sync cycle;
    • View the sync logs.
